      and used the downstair's room as a HOBBY ROOM for toy trains.
  
• I had a Loft-Bedroom with a Queen (without the metal bed frame), and used the perimeter of the room for file box storage
      and used the downstair's room as a HOME OFFICE and Prototyping Lab.
• One guest used the Loft larger back area for Storage,
  and the Loft Desk in front of the ladder facing the large window for her Laptop and her hobby of writing,
